What You Need to Know
Please make sure you double check the accuracy of your address before you order. We will not process refunds for orders that are late or not delivered due to an incorrect address entry.

During the holidays we ask that you allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
Refunds and Returns
All the Details
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Refunds and exchanges will not be given for wrong sizes and buyers remorse. We sincerely appreciate your support, but please reference the size charts provided before purchasing a wearable item.
